PROPERTY SERVICES
We would like to offer the services of our friend Mesut 'JACK' Yavuz. Jack has now looked after our apartment, as well as 3 or 4 others on the resort for the last year.
He is doing a great job for us and we know that we can contact him at any time to ensure our property is being maintained.
The following prices are from 2008 so they may have altered slightly. Please contact Jack for further details.
Property Care Services
Property Care Services can offer you the following services
Secure Key Holding, together with 3 visits every 2 months to check the security of the property and to advise owners of any concerns. At the same time to air the property thoroughly.
Cost £20 per month
In addition the following can be offered.
Cleaning and laundry service for each visit/change
Apartments £35
Duplex £50
Checking Water and Electricity Meters and advising owners of readings.
Please enquire for costing for these services at the same time advising whether your property is an apartment or duplex.
